The Asus4 chord on guitar is a bit of a stretch for that pinky finger.

Another way of fretting this chord is to use your index, middle and ring finger.

But if you’re learning A major with my recommended fingers then just thinking about this chord as sliding your pinky finger out to fret 3 will really help.
